Installation Liability Waiver
I, the undersigned customer, acknowledge that I have made a purchase of doors from ReModern Doors. I understand that ReModern Doors offers a professional installation service, which I have chosen to decline.
In declining the ReModern Doors installation service, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Third-Party Installation: I understand that I am solely responsible for arranging and contracting with a third-party contractor or installer for the installation of the doors that I have purchased from ReModern Doors.
Non-Responsibility of ReModern Doors: I acknowledge that ReModern Doors will not be held responsible or liable for any measuring errors, damages or issues that may arise during or after the installation of the doors by the third-party contractor, including, but not limited to, improper installation, damage to the doors, or any related issues.
Showroom Pickup and Inspection: I hereby agree that either I myself or my authorized representative or/and installer will need to pick up the doors from the ReModern Doors’ showroom. I understand that it is my responsibility to inspect the doors thoroughly at the time of pickup to ensure they are in good condition and free from any visible defects, damages, or discrepancies. By signing this waiver, I confirm the satisfactory condition of the doors upon pickup. I also acknowledge that ReModern Doors will not be held responsible for any issues or damages that may occur after I pick up the doors.
No Doors Delivery: By declining ReModern Doors’ installation service, I understand that ReModern Doors will not deliver the doors to my residence. I am solely responsible for arranging transportation and picking up the doors from ReModern Doors’ showroom.
I have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined in this Installation Liability Waiver, and I agree to release ReModern Doors from any liability associated with the installation of the doors by a third-party contractor. I understand that I must arrange for the pickup of the doors from the showroom and that ReModern Doors will not deliver the doors to my residence.
